I've just updated the post to block that part out, because with the release of snow leopard it's no longer true.

The only thing I can think of (assuming all the obvious things like "Contacts" is actually set to "On" in the list of things to sync for the exchange account) is that I believe the syncing will only sync the "My Contacts" group from the Google Contacts app (https://www.google.com/contacts/a/example.com if you're using Apps, https://www.google.com/contacts/ if you're using gmail).

[update]About the con tact sync thing. See, you only get the option to sync your Address Book and your Google Con tacts vis ible in iTunes if you’re syncing con tacts with your iPhone. If you’re syncing con tacts with the cloud, you’re not syncing with your iPhone, so you don’t get the option. If you do use Google Con tacts, that means that the cloud and your iPhone are both up-to-date — but your desktop is not.

If you really want instant syncing between your phone and your desktop, turn on cloud-syncing of your con tacts. If you’d prefer to keep your phone, desktop, and the cloud all in sync, turn off cloud-syncing, and let iTunes handle the sync instead. [/update]

Somehow this doesn't make sense. I want to use Google Apps Gmail & Calendar and sync them to my iPhone, and this works well for the initial sync. After that, changes made to the Google Calendar appear instantly on my iPhone, but changes made to my Google Contacts NEVER appear on my phone. Any ideas? I'd also like to push my Google Contacts to my Mad Address Book but haven't figured that out yet. Turning on Google Sync in the Address Book preferences I thought would do it...but that does absolutely nothing as far as I can see. Thanks for any help.

I need to know how to cancel mobleme. I was going to try it when I first got my I phone, however, I have never used this application. Please advise me what I must do to cancel my account before they charge me. Thanks
